Singer Ariana Grande has sold her Hollywood Hills home for $14 million, AD can confirm. The pop star, whose latest gig is coaching hopeful young performers on the singing competition show The Voice, purchased the four bedroom, seven bathroom house for $13.7 million less than a year and a half ago, in June 2020, leaving her with a profit of $300,000 before realtor fees.
Located in the Bird Streets neighborhood of Los Angeles, the expansive contemporary home measures in at just over 10,000 square feet spread across three floors, and its 16 foot ceilings make the space feel even more grand. Its steep hillside location means there’s no backyard, though there is an infinity-edged pool and many of the rooms open directly to the outdoors, so the view of the surrounding SoCal beauty can still be comfortably absorbed.
Grande reportedly purchased a more secluded, and much smaller, home in Bird Streets earlier this year, where it’s presumed she is now residing. She also owns a unique Tudor-style home in Montecito, where she married real estate agent Dalton Gomez earlier this year.
