When it came time to purchase the $7M six-bedroom, nine-bathroom home, the singer was represented by the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles agent, who works at Kyle Richards’ husband Mauricio Umansky’s luxury firm The Agency, and Benjamin Illulian of Illulian Realty.

In addition to a soundproof home theater, the 8,500-square-foot modern farmhouse boasts a full outdoor kitchen, a sprawling backyard with a luxe pool and spa, and a two-car garage plus subterranean parking garage for an additional four cars.

This isn’t the first time that James has teamed up with the superstar. James and David Parnes were the listing agents on Lovato’s Hollywood Hills mansion that sold in June for $8.25 million. While that house was absolutely gorgeous in its own right, her new digs offer much more space than the 5,500-square-foot four-bedroom home.
