After Saif Ali Khan suffered injuries during a burglary attempt at his house, his son Ibrahim Ali Khan rushed him to the hospital along with one member from the actor’s family.
Saif Ali Khan stabbed in Mumbai home, hospitalised
The actor’s family put out a statement that “there was an attempted burglary at Mr Saif Ali Khan’s residence. He is currently in hospital undergoing a surgery. We request the media and fans to be patient. It’s a police matter. We will keep you updated about the situation.”
The 23-year-old Ibrahim, Saif’s son from his first marriage to Amrita Singh, rushed to the Satguru Sharan building in Mumbai where the actor stays with his wife Kareena Kapoor Khan. He is learnt to have taken Saif to the Lilavati Hospital by 3:30 am. The incident took place at 2:30 am, according to Saif’s team.

According to reports, Dr Niraj Uttamani, COO of Lilavati Hospital, said that Saif has suffered six injuries. While one of the injuries is near is spine, another injury is on his neck.
