Kendall Jenner’s old house definitely, definitely has a gate, a new listing emphasizes.
In 2017, the model sold her LA home after just a year due to stalking and burglary at the then-gate-less house, according to TMZ.
The 4,800-square-foot home, now asking $8.5 million, has been home to “The Office” star John Krasinski, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Jenner and, most recently, marketing mogul Bill Guthy, who listed the six-bedroom, five-bathroom home.
“A Quiet Place” stars Krasinski and Emily Blunt, who have two children together, bought the home for almost $1.6 million in 2009. They added a third floor and renovated the kitchen and the pool — and got pranked by neighbor Jimmy Kimmel, who gift-wrapped the home — before selling it in July 2016 for $6.5 million to Jenner, who was the highest-paid model in the world in 2017.
While living there, a 25-year-old man was arrested and accused of following Jenner up her driveway. She also had $200,000 worth of jewelry stolen, Page Six previously reported.
She sold the three-story Hollywood Hills West estate in August 2017 for $6.85 million to marketing mogul Bill Guthy and his wife, cosmetics entrepreneur Victoria Jackson.
The home marries rustic with modern architecture, contrasting light wood floors and white brick with sleek floor-to-ceiling windows and minimalistic black lines on the exterior, Realtor.com photos show.
The living room with floor-to-ceiling retractable windows is divided by a ceiling-height white-brick fireplace and three steps up to a dining room with a two-seat copper bar, a Matterport 3D tour of the house shows.
On the other side of the living room, a white kitchen has an eight-burner stove, an industrial hood, a light-wood bar and a large window overlooking the pool, lounge area and outdoor kitchen, the tour shows.
The primary bedroom suite has floor-to-ceiling windows, a seating area, outdoor terrace access and a bathroom with a stand-alone tub and two rain showers, the tour shows.
The Sunset Strip home also has a home theater, a recording studio and a gym, according to Realtor.com.
The 0.36-acre lot with a two-car garage, citrus trees and city views can be observed from the rooftop deck, according to Realtor.com.
Listing agent Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency did not respond to requests for comment.
Jenner’s problems with stalkers have persisted and even led to her getting a restraining order this spring. She now lives in an even more private and “serene” Spanish and farmhouse-inspired home once owned by “Two and a Half Men” actor Charlie Sheen. She also previously owned a $1.6 million condo in Los Angeles.
The model recently faced backlash over an ad for her tequila brand, 818 Tequila, which to some was reminiscent of her controversial Pepsi ad in 2017. Jenner, who recently opened up about her anxiety, was last known to be dating NBA player Devin Booker. Her claim to fame, E!’s “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” show, is on its last season, but the family plans to move to Hulu for a new show, The Post previously reported.
