A rustic and simple single-family property, it nests two bedrooms, one hall, kitchen, and bathroom. Having limited space, her parents gave the two bedrooms to the talented sibling duo while they slept on a futon in the living space.
Growing up under the care of a musician father and a mother who was a voice actor, the Eilish siblings were never far from their true calling as they had three pianos to practice on from the start. Always motivating and inspiring them, their parents also provided them with a guitar, a ukulele along with an assortment of other musical instruments later on.

And even though she and her brother were homeschooled, she never regretted a moment as it gave them the time and the creative freedom to hone the craft the entire world admires right now. In fact, this is where the two started working together on their music in their first makeshift studio.
In an interview with Gayle King of CBS, which aired in December 2019, Billie discussed her home, whereas her brother gave a tour of the space where they grew up.

In 2019, Finneas O’Connell purchased a property in Los Feliz, Los Angeles, known as the Spanish Colonial mansion. How is this Billie Eilish’s house, one may wonder?
With close-knit connections between the brother and sister, Billie was expected to move into the mansion very soon, which was already shared by Finneas and his girlfriend Lucy, who is also a great friend to Billie.

Dodge Challenger SRT and Mclaren 720S ($300,0000) are the two beautiful beasts that rest in her garage when she is not in the mood to go top speed. It is quite astounding to know that the O’Connell siblings sent the first draft of this song to Hans Zimmer, the Bond music composer, as part of an audition. And while the others weren’t quite satisfied, the Oscar-winning composer, Zimmer, fought for them as the talented sibling duo, in his eyes, were the perfect one. He even stated in an interview that “they were an obvious choice for the part”.
Already a winner of seven Grammys, Billie was not only nominated yet again for her album Happier Than Ever but also performed at the event with other major stars like BTS, Brandi Carlile, and Lil Nas X, among others.
