When is the presidential inauguration?

The inauguration of President-elect Donald Trump is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 20.

The event starts with a procession to the U.S. Capitol for the swearing-in ceremony.

Both Trump and Vice President-elect JD Vance will be sworn in.

Trump is expected to give an inaugural address.
