Starting today, fans can watch “Wicked” right from home. The massively popular film makes its way to streaming after grossing over $600 million in the global box office.
The movie starring singer Ariana Grande and actress Cynthia Erivo (as Glinda the Good Witch and Elphaba, respectively) has had a successful run at theaters since its Nov. 22 release. From extensive promos to special popcorn buckets, fans have flocked to see the beloved Broadway musical adaptation despite theatres implementing strict “no singing” rules during showings.

Which streaming services offer ‘Wicked’?
Beginning Tuesday, “Wicked” is available for digital streaming on Amazon Prime Video, Apple TV, Fandango at Home (formerly Vudu), Comcast Xfinity, Cox, YouTube and Microsoft Movies & TV, according to the Universal Pictures website.

Select online retailers like Amazon Prime show additional exclusive content from the film that isn’t shown in theatres, such as deleted and extended scenes, as well as a sing-along version, a 40-minute tour through Oz and more bonus features.
‘Wicked’ to release DVD, Blu-ray copies in February
According to Universal, there will also be a 4K UHD, Blu-ray and DVD version on Feb. 4, 2025. Pre-order is available now from Target, Walmart, Amazon and GRUV, which is owned by Universal Pictures.
